Clients who own or participate in service-based businesses, irrevocable trusts, and/or real estate investments will be charged a flat fee of $3,000 to prepare S-Corp, Trust, and LLC returns.  Accounting services and business consulting will be an additional flat annual retainer fee based on overall structure and scope of work.
